About the Role

The Tickets & Premium Account Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale and servicing of premium tickets and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue through the sale and servicing of premium tickets, including season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets, and corporate events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and drive repeat business.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and service skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
