About the Role

NICE is a global leader in customer experience and financial crime prevention. We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SMB Account Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue quotas through the sale of NICE CX software, voice, and data products to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Qualify leads from inbound informational requests and develop them into new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and partnering with other teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Solid understanding of needs analysis sales process.
  • Experience working with contact management software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Software-related sales experience.
  • Experience in VoIP-related technology.
