POSITION OVERVIEW

The Vice President of Corporate Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing corporate sponsorships for AEG's various entities. This role will also focus on nurturing existing relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and working towards the renewal of partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets by researching and identifying potential corporate clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing sales initiatives tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with sponsors to ensure mutually beneficial and successful programs.
  • Collaborate with the Partnership Marketing team to ensure fulfillment of client contracts.
  • Engage with the Partnership Marketing team from initial prospect meetings through to contract execution and transition.
  • Work with current clients to renew partnership agreements prior to expiration.
  • Participate in event day responsibilities, with schedules coordinated between teams.
  • Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and manage overdue accounts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales within a sports or entertainment context.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and make independent decisions based on company policies.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by the event schedule.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve challenging sales objectives.
  • Experience in managing a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position may require lifting or pushing items up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally more than 25 pounds. The role involves various physical activities including standing, bending, and typing.
