The Tickets & Premium Account Executive is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale and servicing of season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets, corporate events, premium seating, and non-gameday events.
Key Responsibilities- Generate revenue through the sale and servicing of season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets, corporate events, premium seating, and non-gameday events.
- Manage and maintain detailed records of customer accounts within our CRM system.
- Organize and prioritize multiple accounts effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- 1 or more year of sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work all home games and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality, grooming, and a professional demeanor are essential.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
