About the Role

The Tickets & Premium Account Executive is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale and servicing of season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets, corporate events, premium seating, and non-gameday events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue through the sale and servicing of season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets, corporate events, premium seating, and non-gameday events.
  • Manage and maintain detailed records of customer accounts within our CRM system.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple accounts effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1 or more year of sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work all home games and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Punctuality, grooming, and a professional demeanor are essential.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
