About the Role

The Tickets & Premium Account Executive is a key position within The Larry H Miller Company, responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale and servicing of season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets, corporate events, premium seating, and non-gameday events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue through the sale and servicing of season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets, corporate events, premium seating, and non-gameday events.
  • Manage and maintain detailed records of customer accounts within our CRM system.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple accounts to ensure effective sales and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales and service skills.
  • Support the development of a diverse and inclusive culture that enriches the lives of employees, customers, partners, and communities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
  • 1+ year of sales experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work all home games and irregular hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • Punctuality, grooming, and professional attire.
  • Pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
  • Ability to communicate in English (written and verbally).
  • Ability to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
