Sales professionals will have the chance to promote HUB's comprehensive range of insurance products and services from a recognized leader in the industry. Our Sales Enablement team supports our producers with top-tier research tools and programs, ensuring timely insights and information for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the delivery of HUB's complete value proposition to prospects, encompassing a multi-year strategy, Compliance, Data Analytics, Underwriting, Employee Communications, Health and Performance, Technology, and Voluntary Benefits
- Engage in HUB International Producer Subsidy Program (PSP), which includes developing training and coaching to establish a producer's path to validation based on their experience
- Develop and implement a business development strategy in collaboration with HUB leadership
- Build and maintain strong, productive professional relationships with C-Level executives, HR Directors, and other key decision-makers in the community
- Strive to comprehend clients' businesses and industry challenges through needs assessments and other provided tools
- Collaborate with the Account Executive to ensure successful onboarding and contract management for new clients, coordinating with our operations team
- Maintain positive relationships both internally and externally
- Create a three-year strategy for each prospect utilizing Persona Analysis and other HUB International sales tools
- Foster positive relationships with our market carriers and vendors
- Participate in all sales team meetings and training sessions
- Collaborate with fellow Business Advisors in a successful team-selling environment
- Keep abreast of new and existing products by liaising with carriers, Account Executives, and Advisors
- Ensure that all monthly and annual sales targets are met
- Stay informed about relevant insurance and client business matters, such as healthcare reform, COBRA, Compliance, and Wellness
- Uphold HUB Values, including HIPAA Compliance
- Perform other tasks as discussed with the Director of Client Services
You are an excellent fit for this role if you possess:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to expert user level preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Team-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workflow deadlines flexibly

- An understanding of benefits and benefit terminology
- A high degree of independence and problem-solving skills
