Business Development Representative

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, building pipeline, working pipeline, and selling new accounts to healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities- Prospect and build relationships with healthcare providers to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, as well as adhere to company sales processes and procedures.
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Coachability, curiosity, prior success, intelligence, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience selling into medical practices or hospitals is highly desirable.
- Base salary: Half the OTE (On-Target Earnings).
- Variable target: The other half of the OTE (no caps or guarantees - come perform and earn as much as you earn).
- You will be expected to hit quota between warm inbound leads, stale inbound leads from the past, and cold emailing and calling.
- There is a heavy emphasis on outbound at Rivet Health, which is customary with medical practice sales.
