About the Role
The Administrative Assistant to the President plays a crucial support role in the President's office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the organization's overall success. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the President's calendar, screening incoming calls and correspondence, drafting letters and documents, planning meetings and conferences, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Additionally, they will prepare reports, presentations, and data, maintain files and records, create meeting agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute information as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to handle sensitive information with discretion, and have strong research and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory, and personal transportation is required for occasional travel. A four-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience is preferred.

Work Environment and Benefits
This role is based in the Pensacola area, with typical working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. However, occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
