About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business to Business Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding our customer base through proactive prospecting and outreach, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals, focusing on securing new contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that meet sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities and stay organized.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to enhance your sales strategies.
To succeed in this role, you should have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative sales approach. You should also be self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines is essential. A high school diploma is required, and 1+ years of experience in B2B sales is preferred.
