About the Role:
- This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our sales efforts as an Executive Sales Manager.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead a team of experienced sales professionals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and partners.
- Monitor and manage office Profit & Loss.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
- At least 5 years of multi-line underwriting/production experience.
- E&S experience preferred.
- Strong sales and communication skills.

- Competitive base salary + bonus potential ($250,000 - $350,000 per year).
