Executive Sales Manager Position

About the Role:

  • This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our sales efforts as an Executive Sales Manager.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of experienced sales professionals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and partners.
  • Monitor and manage office Profit & Loss.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
  • At least 5 years of multi-line underwriting/production experience.
  • E&S experience preferred.
  • Strong sales and communication skills.
