Job Title: Senior Oncology Key Account Manager

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oncology Key Account Manager to join our team in Pennsylvania. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in the oncology market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive growth and revenue in the oncology market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including health systems and delivery of care models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 4 years of Key Account Management experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry, including key stakeholders and delivery of care models
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including overnights
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of management or people leadership experience with demonstrated success in leading and/or developing a productive sales or account team
  • Diverse work experience and cross-functional experience with internal processes (marketing, training, analytics, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success with customer engagement/sales experience with Oncology/Hematology
