Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including Sephora and Ulta, to ensure alignment on business objectives and goals.
  • Marketing Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, digital marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Skills: Strong relationship building and management skills, analytical skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: 25-30% travel required.
