Position Summary:

The Key Account Manager for EVERSANA/Citius Oncology will oversee designated regions to facilitate the introduction of Lymphir to hematology-oncology and dermatology practices across the United States. Key responsibilities encompass surpassing sales targets, delivering presentations, and cultivating relationships with essential stakeholders.

Sales Goals:

  • Surpass designated sales revenue targets and key performance indicators.
  • Effectively communicate complex information to targeted audiences.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with medical institutions and key stakeholders.

Territory Strategy & Analysis:

  • Evaluate performance metrics and market trends.
  • Formulate and implement business strategies to maximize commercial opportunities.

Professional Development & Administration:

  • Embrace constructive feedback for personal growth.
  • Leverage CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Oncology Expertise:

  • Extensive experience in oncology sales and key account management.
  • Demonstrated history of successful outcomes.
  • Established connections with key opinion leaders in the field.

Strategic Oncology Planning:

  • Execute strategic initiatives tailored to the product.
  • Assist clients with reimbursement and payer-related concerns.

Adaptability to Oncology Innovations:

  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in oncology.
  • Collaborate with oncology specialists and internal teams.
Qualifications:

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Oncology Background: At least 5 years of experience in hematology/oncology or rare diseases.
  • Strong comprehension of oncology products and market dynamics.
  • Established Relationships: Proven ability to manage key accounts effectively.
  • Market Insight: Strong analytical capabilities in evaluating market conditions.
  • Reimbursement Knowledge: Familiarity with Infusion/Buy and Bill reimbursement processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of VEEVA systems.
