Senior Account Executive

A senior-level position at Tombras is now available for an experienced Account Executive who can drive client success and business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a top independent agency in North America and contribute to innovative campaigns that connect data and creativity for business results.
About the Position
We seek a skilled professional with 3+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, and team leadership. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate will work closely with Tombras' creative teams, producers, and business affairs to develop client presentations, estimate project budgets, and track job progress.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Lead project implementation and drive client satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop client presentations and proposals
* Estimate project budgets and track job progress
* Manage creative productions and coordinate with external production teams
* Work with Tombras' strategy and account leadership to analyze client marketing and profile data, competitor data, and measure business performance
* Responsible for opening jobs, tracking jobs through to completion, reviewing and monitoring/managing budgets for all client work
Benefits and Compensation
Tombras offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience, along with additional benefits including unlimited PTO, generous parental leave, medical coverage for employees and dependents, 401(k) participation with a 3% employer match, and a dog-friendly office in Knoxville.
