About This Opportunity

Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist/Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert in the automotive aftermarket products industry
  • Promote products and assist in product launches
  • Conduct product and sales training for sales teams
  • Perform product demonstrations
  • Develop and implement product strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
  • Ability to lead and manage projects from start to finish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute critical tasks
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, or communications field
  • Authorized to work in the United States
