OVERVIEW

The Administrative Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our organization, embodying the essence of teamwork. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic setting that demands effective multitasking. You are adaptable, enthusiastic, and proactive in your approach. Responsibilities encompass comprehensive office assistance, including Front Desk duties.

  • Are you detail-oriented? You will be tasked with reviewing and validating data for precision to improve processes and enhance client service.
  • Are you systematic? You must maintain focus on various tasks and utilize your time effectively to be proactive and meet deadlines.
  • Are you a strong communicator? You will engage with clients, carrier representatives, and agents to gather information or relay important updates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for conveying clear and concise information. Being a good listener is also essential to understand client needs.
  • Are you a collaborative team member? You should be approachable and willing to assist colleagues. The success of our agency relies on our ability to work together harmoniously.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an office or administrative support role, including customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, such as modern phone systems, scanners, and copiers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word), with a willingness to learn new software and systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Commitment to an established work schedule, with potential evening and/or weekend hours.
  • Willingness to travel to various work locations.
