Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will provide general administrative and clerical support, including answering telephones, screening and directing calls, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area.


Key Responsibilities




  • Provides general administrative and clerical support, including answering telephones, screening and directing calls, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area.




  • Registers new members and schedules appointments.




  • Directs members, customers, and guests to the correct destination.




  • Maintains a pleasant, front office demeanor.




  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher).




  • 2 + years of customer service and/or clerical experience.




Preferred Qualifications


We are looking for candidates with:




  • Additional specialized medical secretarial/medical office training.




  • Superior customer service skills including the ability to multi-task and resolve patient concerns in a timely manner.




  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.




  • Familiarity with various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.




  • EPIC experience.
