Guest Services Coordinator, Part-Time

Starting hourly rate of $14.00/hour. Must be available to work weekdays.

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

This role emphasizes responding to guest inquiries via phone and email while delivering outstanding customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consistently achieves all guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Delivers an exceptional phone experience to guests with a cheerful and positive demeanor.
  • Responds to general emails with professional communication to assist guests with their inquiries.
  • Assists management with group materials, promotional items, and daily employee communications.
  • Supports group sales with signage, mailings, and follow-up communications as required.
  • Adheres to established protocols for guest service, safety concerns, first aid, and emergency procedures.
  • Fosters goodwill and brand loyalty by consistently projecting a positive image of the organization.
  • Performs additional related tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer service experience and basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated capability to work with and understand cash registers and cash handling processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Retail sales experience and ability to engage with the public in a retail setting are required.
  • Position entails physical duties, including regularly lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds.
