Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes

• Adhere to cash handling and credit card processing standards

• Oversee room availability and manage necessary checkouts/extensions

• Keep precise records of departmental activities

• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in the hospitality sector is beneficial
