About Us: Therapy Smarts, Inc is a therapist-owned private pediatric outpatient clinic providing SLP, PT, and OT services to children of all ages and diagnoses including: autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, apraxia, dyslexia, feeding disorders, and developmental delays.

Job Description: Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements staffing strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Ensures employee retention at the clinic is maintained at an acceptable level.
  • Subject Matter Expert in a variety of HR related programs providing necessary resources to empower employees with the knowledge and materials needed (Benefits, Payroll, Continuous Education resources).
  • Reviews accuracy of timesheets and process payroll.
  • Leads workplace investigations or other inquiries arising out of needs expressed by employees and/or manifestation of policy infraction(s).
  • Supports performance management: ensures annual reviews are completed and bonus processed.
  • Provides guidance on clinic workforce planning, succession planning process, and talent development.
  • Maintains oversight and responsibility for all HR related compliance audits.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of employment law practices.
  • Experience in administration of benefits, compensation, and other programs.
  • Knowledge and use of commonly used HRIS, payroll/timekeeping systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
