Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Life Science Logistics LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities to support the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct recruitment and selection activities to identify top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a positive and productive start to their careers.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Administer various HR programs and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment and onboarding role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
