Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Operations Representative to join our team at Cynet Systems. As an HR Operations Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including onboarding and new hire orientation, collecting and verifying I-9s, and communicating with new hires and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for offboarding, maintaining employee records, and providing HR systems support. Additionally, you will provide training and consultation on system issues and transactions, and ensure data integrity and compliance. Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and orient new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Collect and verify I-9s, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate with new hires and stakeholders, providing timely and effective support.
  • Offboard employees, ensuring a seamless transition out of the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Provide HR systems support, ensuring efficient and effective use of systems.
  • Provide training and consultation on system issues and transactions.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Facilities, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, implementing changes as needed.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements:
  • Highly accurate and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal effectively with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work under stress and handle workload with flexibility.
  • Adherence to deadlines and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, with a structured approach and ability to prioritize.

  • Familiarity with working in different time zones.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience required.
  • Strong project and process management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, critical thinking skills, and ability to see the big picture.
  • Experience working on a globally distributed, matrixed team.
  • Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Workday HCM experience required.
  • Compliance experience a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • HR experience in high tech, finance/banking, or medical industries strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field or equivalent.
