Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CMMS Engineer to join our team at Greene Resources. As a CMMS Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our CMMS system, ensuring accurate data for equipment, spare parts, maintenance schedules, and work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CMMS system, ensuring accurate data for equipment, spare parts, maintenance schedules, and work orders.
  • Create, schedule, and track work orders for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Analyze maintenance data using CMMS to monitor key metrics.
  • Train maintenance staff on CMMS usage, ensuring proper logging and completion of work orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability while managing costs.
  • Collaborate with reliability engineers to improve maintenance programs and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using CMMS platforms such as Maximo, SAP PM, or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance operations and asset management practices.
  • Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and database reporting.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication equipment, HVAC systems, and facility utilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO, CLIA, or other industry-specific standards).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate, lead, and mentor team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment with changing priorities.
