Human Resources Administrative Specialist

Employment Opportunity:
At AppleOne Employment Services, we are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to support our human resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel files.
- Recruitment and Selection: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll and administer benefits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Database Management: Maintain employee databases and generate reports as needed.
- Training and Development: Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Employee Relations: Assist with resolving employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in human resources administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a non-profit organization is a plus.
