Job Overview:

The primary responsibility is to effectively communicate the Lee Company value proposition to facility owners or managers through a consultative sales approach. This role involves delivering technical solutions and operational expertise, particularly focusing on the sale of preventive maintenance HVAC agreements.

Key responsibilities include executing the sales process to identify, qualify, and secure new sales opportunities within a designated geographic area, while achieving profitable growth and volume targets across all Facility Services offerings.


Qualifications:


A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of three years of progressive field sales experience is required, with at least one year of successful sales in similar services or projects.

Skills and Competencies:
- Extensive knowledge of the industrial/commercial HVAC sales sector and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn company-specific applications and software.
- LEED Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
