Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, answering their questions and making product recommendations to meet their individual needs.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales goals in the skin care category, with a focus on driving sales and customer loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest skin care products and trends, and be able to communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and backroom.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Significant competency in sales, products, and service; passion for skin care and solution-oriented products; ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
  • Frequent mobility throughout the store during shift.
  • Frequent standing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, and twisting during shift.
  • Continuous lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs. during shift.
  • Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during shift.
