- Represent the Domino's Pizza Brand with Professionalism and Enthusiasm
- Monitor and Adjust Daily Sales, Food Cost, and Labor
- Ensure Food Safety Compliance
- Train and Develop Team Members
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Motivate and Lead by Example
- Protect Company Assets and Maintain a Secure Environment
- Operate Equipment and Maintain a Clean Facility
- Stock Ingredients and Manage Inventory
- Prepare and Serve Food and Beverages
- Process Telephone Orders and Manage Cash Handling
- Conduct Inventory and Complete Associated Paperwork
- One Year of Management Experience with Previous Domino's Experience Preferred
- At Least 18 Years Old and Pass Background and Drug Screen
- Meet Image Standards
- Valid Driver's License with 2-Year Driving History and Insured Vehicle
- Ability to Direct Activities, Work Alone and with Others, and Meet Strict Quality Control Standards
- Availability to Work a Flexible Schedule, Including Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
- Ability to Spend Up to 100% of Work Time Standing or Moving
