Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily sales meetings to strategize and align on goals.
- Leverage marketing resources to connect with both new and returning clients.
- Engage with customers on the sales floor and lot, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
- Facilitate test drives for eligible customers to enhance their buying experience.
- Assess customer needs through effective interviewing techniques.
- Attend all training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- No prior experience necessary; we welcome motivated individuals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- A proactive approach to working under pressure.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30,000 - $80,000 annually
