The Field Sales Consultant is tasked with expanding, overseeing, and implementing a client's strategic business plan utilizing the available resources, methodologies, and systems to ensure optimal client satisfaction, revenue generation, and profitability.


Compensation
The hourly compensation for this position ranges from minimum wage to $36.00. This role also qualifies for additional earnings and incentives, with pay determined by experience level.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and effectively execute a personalized sales strategy to maintain existing and acquire new commercial tire accounts.

• Create and execute client business strategies to assist the Store in surpassing its annual sales targets.

• Ensure transparent and effective communication between clients and Store operations regarding requests, concerns, safety protocols, order fulfillment, and service delivery.

• Conduct thorough client account evaluations, prepare and present proposals/quotes, and fulfill additional reporting needs or respond to unique client projects.

• Perform fleet assessments at client locations and provide recommendations for services tailored to meet client objectives.

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and client interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Stay informed about industry advancements in products and services, while maintaining an extensive understanding of the company's offerings and client base.

• Understand competitive dynamics and effectively communicate the company's value proposition compared to competitors to both current and prospective clients.

• Collaborate with the Collections Administration team to ensure timely payments from assigned customers and swiftly resolve any disputes.

• Achieve or exceed the required sales growth and profit margins within the designated sales area.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Management Structure
The Field Sales Consultant operates as an individual contributor within the team, functioning under the general guidance of the Commercial Store Manager.
