Key Responsibilities:

• The Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling both new and pre-owned vehicles while achieving dealership profit, volume, and customer satisfaction goals.

• Understand that our success is built on maintaining exceptional relationships with our clients and upholding the high service standards that All American is known for.

• Stay informed about vehicle specifications, including make, model, trim levels, conditions, features, and warranty status.

• Follow up on all sales inquiries.

• Keep updated on current and incoming inventory.

• Document all customer interactions and prospects in the CRM system, adhering to the established dealership sales process.

• Present new and pre-owned vehicles to customers that align with their preferences, including offering test drives.

• Introduce clients to our service and parts departments to ensure satisfaction after the sales process is complete.
