Job Overview:

The primary responsibility is to communicate the Lee Company value proposition to facility owners or managers through a consultative sales approach, delivering technical solutions and operational expertise, particularly in the area of preventative maintenance HVAC agreements.

Key duties include executing the sales process to identify, qualify, and secure new sales opportunities within a designated geographic territory, while achieving profitable growth and volume targets across all Facility Services offerings.


Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of three years of progressive field sales experience is required, with at least one year of successful sales in similar services or projects.

Skills and Competencies:

In-depth understanding of the industrial/commercial HVAC sales sector and client relationship management is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is necessary, along with the ability to learn company-specific applications and software. LEED Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
