Your Responsibilities

The Volvo Roadside Representative delivers exceptional customer service by coordinating towing and roadside assistance for customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints. You will represent Volvo Car USA with professionalism and care.

Daily Activities Include

  • Managing towing and roadside service requests for vehicle owners
  • Providing top-tier customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat, SMS)
  • Responding to inquiries from Volvo Car owners and potential customers regarding product information
  • Facilitating resolutions for customer issues
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through diligent efforts
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members as necessary
  • Documenting interactions accurately in proprietary software
  • Communicating trends or concerns to management for action
  • Completing additional tasks as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience. A genuine interest in providing excellent service and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Additional Information

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, with proficiency in both written and spoken forms
  • Experience in roadside dispatching or emergency response is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and creativity
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous
