Your Responsibilities
The Roadside Assistance Representative delivers exceptional customer service by coordinating towing and roadside services, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints. You will represent the company to its customers in a professional and compassionate manner.
Daily Tasks Include
- Managing towing and roadside assistance requests for customers
- Providing top-tier customer support through various channels (voice, email, chat, SMS)
- Responding to inquiries from customers regarding product purchases or information
- Assisting customers in resolving their issues with the company
- Making every effort to ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Maintaining accurate documentation in proprietary software
- Informing management of any trends or concerns regarding customer interactions or product/service issues
- Completing additional projects as required
Qualifications for the Role
To qualify, you should have a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience. A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Additional Information
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to pass assessments in both languages
- Experience in roadside dispatching or emergency response is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Ability to think critically and resolve issues with patience and empathy
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Competence in analyzing data and tracking trends
