Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Percepta. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate towing and roadside services for customers
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels

Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
