Your Responsibilities

The Volvo Roadside Representative delivers exceptional customer service by coordinating towing and roadside assistance for customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints regarding their vehicles. You will represent Volvo Car USA to its owners with professionalism and care.

Daily Tasks Include

  • Coordinating towing and roadside services for vehicle owners
  • Providing top-tier customer support through various channels (voice calls, emails, chat, and SMS)
  • Responding to inquiries from Volvo Car owners and potential customers about product purchases or features
  • Assisting customers who reach out to Volvo for issue resolution
  • Striving to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Escalating unresolved issues to senior team members as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and coding in proprietary software
  • Reporting trends or concerns regarding customer interactions or product/service issues to management
  • Completing additional tasks or projects as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in customer service. A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and a proactive approach to resolving challenges in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Additional Information

This position requires:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to pass assessments in both languages
  • Experience in roadside dispatching or emergency response is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Quick typing skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with patience and empathy
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Data analysis and trend tracking capabilities

Work Environment

  • This is a 24/7/365 operation
  • Shift differentials apply for evening and overnight shifts
  • Paid training and ongoing product training will be provided
