Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate towing and roadside services for Volvo owners.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, and SMS.
  • Address inquiries from Volvo Car owners and potential customers regarding product information and assistance.
  • Assist customers in resolving their concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document interactions accurately using proprietary software.
  • Identify trends or issues in customer interactions and report them to management.
  • Participate in additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential, with the ability to pass language assessments.
  • Experience in roadside dispatching or emergency response is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient typing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage pressure and resolve issues with empathy.
