The Client Relationship Manager will advocate for the customer throughout their journey, ensuring they derive maximum value from Enverus' software and solutions.

This position emphasizes customer retention and aims to elevate our Net Promoter Score to world-class standards.

This individual will guarantee that our Account Managers leverage technology solutions effectively to focus on activities that deliver the value our offerings provide.

The Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning Enverus' operational and strategic objectives through effective measurement, analysis, and reporting of customer satisfaction and value.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for success in this role.

The ability to articulate problem statements and provide insights into potential solutions is fundamental.

Proactive organization and follow-up with responsible parties for issue resolution are expected, along with escalation to senior management when service levels fall short.

Knowing how to engage the right individuals to address specific challenges is vital for performance. Building relationships across all levels of the organization and the customer's team is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with strategic clients, sales teams, and the organization.
2. Demonstrate extensive project management and change management experience within sales processes.
3. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing assigned customers' decisions to utilize Enverus products and services.
4. Proactively provide tailored advice and unique industry insights to customers and sales teams, enhancing value propositions.
5. Offer constructive feedback to customers to optimize service and product delivery.
6. Engage in ongoing, two-way communication with customers to explore ways to enhance engagement and product utilization.
7. Foster strong relationships with leadership to ensure clear communication of the value customers expect from Enverus' services and products, both current and future.
8. Identify growth opportunities through a deep understanding of customer needs and how to strengthen partnerships.
9. Oversee the daily management and execution of Customer Success initiatives, focusing on achieving metric improvements.
10. Create and present scorecard analyses and ROI assessments to C-Suite and Executive Leadership bi-annually.
11. Establish collaborative relationships with representatives to promote partnership in evaluating and presenting product/service portfolio expansions.
12. Deliver proven results by meeting or exceeding goals on time, with meticulous attention to detail.
13. Manage and prioritize multiple customer requests in a dynamic environment, including effective timeline scoping and re-prioritization.
14. Demonstrate a strong ability to correlate improvements with customer satisfaction and health metrics.

Relationship Management:
1. Ability to forge strong relationships with management, directors, and executive-level clients while effectively managing expectations.
2. Exhibit humility by prioritizing the customer's issues and perspectives above all else.
3. Demonstrate values aligned with assisting others in enhancing performance through hands-on support, mentorship, and leadership.
4. Utilize advanced negotiation skills to influence product portfolio growth and expand market presence.
