Account Manager Position Overview

At STEP Energy Services, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to enhance our standing as a frontrunner in the energy sector. This role, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, involves cultivating new sales prospects within the Permian Basin or the broader US Lower 48 region. Establishing robust relationships with our clientele is crucial for achieving success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales strategy for Coiled Tubing and Hydraulic Fracturing divisions
  • Develop and sustain relationships with Oil and Gas Operators
  • Assess client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Market products and services, engage in contract negotiations
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Participate in relevant industry events
  • Contribute to strategic planning and recommendations
  • Deliver technical presentations to clients

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales role
  • At least 8 years of experience within the Oil and Gas sector
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required
