Job Overview

Position Summary: The Account Manager plays a crucial role in fostering and maintaining client relationships while driving sales growth for our VoIP products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Organize daily activities to effectively engage with current and prospective clients.
  • Tailor sales presentations to align with the specific needs of various sales channels.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to enhance sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit orders based on comprehensive product knowledge and pricing structures.
  • Provide regular updates to management through detailed reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Address and resolve client concerns by investigating issues and proposing effective solutions.
  • Enhance professional expertise by participating in training sessions and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000.
