Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Insurance Partner to enhance our agency's performance. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player who thrives in a high-energy environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, fostering and nurturing essential relationships, and securely overseeing policy details and documentation.

This position is vital to our operations, with a strong focus on client satisfaction to facilitate ongoing sales and renewals. We provide specialized training for candidates who demonstrate a commitment to excellence.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $150,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and lead a team of insurance agents to surpass sales objectives.
  • Recruit and mentor top-tier insurance professionals, offering continuous coaching.
  • Devise and execute innovative sales tactics to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Track team performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay informed on market trends to refine sales strategies and enhance operational processes.
  • Establish robust client relationships, delivering exceptional service and addressing insurance needs.
  • Maintain precise sales records, monitor performance metrics, and report findings to management.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Continuously explore new avenues to enhance sales processes and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated sales success with a solid history of achieving revenue goals.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing client communications, documentation, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products or a readiness to learn quickly.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills for resolving client concerns.
  • Attention to detail to guarantee accuracy in policy management and client interactions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and departments for seamless service delivery.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Capability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance offerings.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of management experience, MBA, or related advanced education.
  • High standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in client dealings.
  • Willingness to participate in training to enhance insurance and sales knowledge.
