Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance:
  • Achieve or surpass financial and credit objectives at the individual, store, and divisional levels.

Client Relations:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively, involving management when necessary.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
  • Seek feedback for personal growth and development, consistently receiving positive client feedback.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with management, team members, and clients.
  • Encourage collaboration and respect among team members, valuing diverse perspectives.

Operational Duties:
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures with a focus on client service.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and meet merchandise processing standards.
  • Adhere to loss prevention protocols and report any potential issues.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by reporting hazards.
  • Participate in inventory preparation.
  • Record work hours accurately and remain adaptable to business needs.
  • Follow all operational guidelines and review communication boards daily.

Technical Skills:
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and navigate company training systems.
  • Process transactions efficiently at the register.
  • Utilize inventory systems to assist clients and complete transactions accurately.
  • Manage phone communications professionally.

Brand Knowledge:
  • Understand and communicate the brand's unique positioning and marketing initiatives.
  • Live by the company's purpose and values in all interactions.
  • Engage in ongoing education to enhance product knowledge.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and represent the brand appropriately.
  • Package client purchases according to company standards.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in a sales role or related field.

Skills Required:
  • Ability to prioritize client satisfaction and build a loyal customer base.
  • Capability to follow directions and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and implementation.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
  • Attention to detail in cash handling and transactions.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and navigate the sales floor.
