Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Maintain accurate associate coverage in service areas, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Leadership: Act as a leader on the sales floor, providing guidance and support to associates as needed.
  • Problem Solving: Exercise discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers, addressing immediate customer service issues and providing coaching to associates.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and associates, setting and addressing priorities, and providing progress updates.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with peers and supervisors, demonstrating a team player attitude.
  • Adaptability: Respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Leadership Experience: 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively coach, delegate, and follow up on multiple people and tasks.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures, as well as merchandise flow in stores.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate, starting at $17.00 to $17.50 per hour, depending on experience.
