POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Supervisor has a significant influence on the implementation of brand standards and the overall teammate experience.

Under the direction of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Supervisor serves as the in-store authority for their specific department.

This role is centered on delivering exceptional service to customers while guiding teammates effectively.

Demonstrating leadership through empathy, resilience, optimism, and collaboration is essential to stand out in this position.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in building and recruiting a robust team by participating in in-store interviews and department orientations.
- Foster a people-first culture by engaging with every teammate to cultivate mutual trust and respect.
- Plan, organize, and manage operations with a 30-day outlook, guided by the Assistant Store Manager.
- Strategically utilize teammates to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain company merchandising and presentation guidelines.
- Support the store leadership team with general oversight in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Aid in training teammates on company protocols and programs.
- Prioritize personal and team development through coaching.
- Lead by example to uphold the vision of the organization and store.
- Create an inclusive environment where all individuals feel welcomed and secure.
- Comply with established safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Adopt a collaborative approach to support the team throughout the store.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Capability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. repetitively.
- Ability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) while standing or walking.
- Comfort working at heights exceeding 4 feet using a ladder or platform.
- Capacity to perform repetitive motions for brief durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
