POSITION SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales Performance: Achieve company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product insights with customers; assist in merchandise selection or sourcing based on customer preferences.
  • Customer Experience: Exemplify the principles of exceptional personal service, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience. Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Operational Support: Aid in replenishment efforts to maintain a well-stocked and inviting store environment. Participate in visual merchandising tasks, including store layout and signage.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a cooperative and inclusive atmosphere for problem-solving. Pursue personal growth opportunities and actively seek constructive feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to adapt to company-provided technology.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
  • Consistent attendance is vital to fulfill company objectives. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular climbing, approximately 34%-66% of the shift.
