Role Summary:
The Apparel Sales Lead significantly influences the implementation of brand standards and enhances the teammate experience. Working closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, you will become the in-store authority for your department.

Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to customers while guiding your teammates effectively. Your ability to lead by example, show empathy, remain resilient in challenging situations, maintain a positive outlook, and collaborate with your team will set you apart.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building a strong team by participating in in-store interviews and department tours.
- Foster a people-first culture by connecting with every team member to establish mutual trust and respect.
- Plan and organize store operations 30 days in advance with the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager.
- Strategically utilize team members to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain company merchandising and presentation guidelines.
- Support the store leadership team with overall supervision.
- Aid in training team members on company policies and procedures.
- Prioritize personal and team development through coaching.
- Lead by example to uphold the organization's vision and store objectives.
- Create an inclusive environment where all individuals feel welcome and secure.
- Follow established safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures.
- Embrace a collaborative approach to support the entire store team.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Capability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. repetitively.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
- Comfort working at heights exceeding 4 feet using ladders or aerial lifts.
- Capacity to perform repetitive motions for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
