POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Supervisor has a significant influence on both the implementation of brand standards and the overall teammate experience.

Under the direction of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Supervisor serves as the in-store authority for their specific department.

This role is centered on delivering exceptional service to our customers while guiding teammates effectively.

The ability to lead by example, demonstrate empathy, remain resilient in challenging situations, maintain a positive outlook, and collaborate with team members is essential for success in this position.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in building and recruiting a high-performing team by participating in in-store interviews and departmental tours.
- Foster a people-first culture by engaging with every teammate to cultivate mutual trust and respect.
- Plan, organize, and manage operations with a 30-day outlook in collaboration with the Assistant Store Manager.
- Strategically utilize team members to ensure brand standards are consistently upheld.
- Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards.
- Support the store leadership team with general supervision in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Aid in training teammates on company protocols and programs.
- Prioritize coaching and personal development for oneself and others.
- Lead by example to align with the organization's vision and store objectives.
- Create an inclusive environment where all individuals feel welcomed and secure.
- Adhere to established safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Embrace a collaborative approach to support the team throughout the store.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail sales experience or customer service experience preferred.
- Capability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. repetitively.
- Ability to work for extended periods (up to 4 hours) while standing or walking.
- Capacity to work at heights exceeding 4 feet using a ladder or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for brief periods (up to 2 hours continuously).
