Position Overview:

The Sales Program Manager role is designed for aspiring Sales Managers or Managers in Training, providing a pathway to develop essential Sales Management skills and experiences crucial for effective leadership. Participants will be paired with a mentor or coach to facilitate their growth throughout the program. Successful completion of this program will lead to a promotion to Sales Manager, with oversight from the Global Account Management & Inside Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, implement, and enhance the Sales Associate program.
  • Foster a strong team culture centered on accountability and execution.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new Sales Associates.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to design coverage strategies and identify business development opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to provide necessary training in sales skills.
  • Act as the lead sales coach to develop and evaluate sales competencies.
  • Integrate existing Sales Associates into the new program effectively.
  • Create and manage training materials, including guides and assessments, to support skill development.
  • Oversee daily operations and responsibilities of the team.
  • Utilize sales tools to monitor the progression and performance of Sales Associates.
  • Assist in identifying career paths for program graduates and coordinate with hiring managers for optimal role placements.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within SS&C Intralinks. Candidates should have experience mentoring or coaching others, a passion for developing talent, and exceptional sales acumen. Strong operational discipline, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a process-oriented mindset are essential. Excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making are required, along with a positive attitude that inspires others. Familiarity with SFDC is also necessary.
