Position Overview:

The Sales Program Manager for Associates is an essential role aimed at nurturing future Sales Managers through a structured training program. This position is designed to equip candidates with the critical skills and experiences necessary for effective leadership in sales management.

As part of this program, you will be paired with a mentor or coach to guide you through your development journey. Successful completion of this program will position you for promotion to Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Global Account Management & Inside Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, execute, and enhance the Sales Associate program.
  • Foster a strong team culture centered on accountability and execution.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new Sales Associates.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to design coverage strategies and identify business development opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to provide essential sales training.
  • Act as the lead sales coach to develop and evaluate sales skills.
  • Integrate existing Sales Associates into the new program effectively.
  • Create and manage training materials that support skill development.
  • Oversee daily responsibilities of the team and ensure progression through the program.
  • Utilize sales tools to assess performance and progression.
  • Assist in identifying career path options for program graduates.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience as a sales mentor or coach.
  • A genuine passion for developing others and fostering success.
  • Strong sales acumen and operational discipline.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A positive attitude that inspires and motivates others.
  • A proven track record of facilitating cross-functional teamwork.
  • Basic experience in project design and execution.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC).
