Position Overview:
The Sales Program Manager role is designed for individuals aspiring to become Sales Managers. This position provides a comprehensive training experience, equipping candidates with essential Sales Management skills and experiences necessary for effective leadership.
Participants will be paired with a mentor/coach to facilitate their development throughout the program. Successful completion of this program will lead to a promotion to Sales Manager, with oversight from the Global Account Management & Inside Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, implement, and enhance the Sales Associate program.
- Foster a strong team culture centered on accountability and execution.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new Sales Associates.
- Collaborate with Sales Management to design coverage strategies and identify business development opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to train essential sales skills.
- Act as the lead sales coach to develop and evaluate sales competencies.
- Integrate existing Sales Associates into the new program seamlessly.
- Create and manage training materials that support skill development.
- Monitor daily responsibilities of the team and ensure progress through program phases.
- Utilize sales tools to assess the performance and progression of Sales Associates.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish a scalable system for tracking program progress.
- Assist in identifying career path options for program graduates and facilitate their transition into suitable roles.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably within SS&C Intralinks. A background in mentoring or coaching sales professionals is essential, along with a passion for developing others and driving their success.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional sales acumen, strong operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making are crucial. A positive attitude and a proven track record of fostering cross-functional teamwork are highly valued. Basic experience in project design and execution, along with proficiency in SFDC, is also required.
