Sales Program Coordinator

Location: New York City

Team Introduction:

This position is designed for individuals aspiring to become Sales Managers or Managers in Training, equipping you with essential Sales Management skills and experiences vital for effective leadership. You will be paired with a mentor/coach to facilitate your development throughout this role. Successful completion of this program will qualify you for promotion to Sales Manager, reporting to the Global Account Management & Inside Sales division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, implement, assess, and enhance the Sales Associate program.
  • Foster a robust team culture centered on accountability and execution.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new Sales Associates.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to design Sales coverage and identify business development opportunities for Sales Associates to apply their newly acquired skills.
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to impart necessary Sales skills.
  • Serve as the lead sales coach to develop and evaluate sales competencies.
  • Seamlessly integrate existing Sales Associates into the new program.
  • Create, refine, and manage materials (e.g., guides, e-learning, assessments) that support essential skills development.
  • Oversee the daily responsibilities of the team.
  • Effectively progress Sales Associates through each phase of the program.
  • Utilize various sales tools to evaluate the progression and performance of Sales Associates.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish a scalable system for measuring and tracking program progress.
  • Post-program graduation, assist in identifying Sales career path options for participants, inputting them into the slate plan, and collaborating with hiring managers to align participants with suitable roles.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of Sales experience at SS&C Intralinks.
  • Experience serving as a Sales mentor or coach.
  • A genuine passion for developing others and facilitating their success.
